The packaging was very thorough to protect from any possible damage during shipping. There are no issues with the memory port or the UMD drive. The 5 free games are also working, but they are in Japanese so I cannot understand them. All in all, I would recommend this seller for any potential buyers and I might buy a PSVita from them in the future.
