    Well packaged and prompt delivery. Item description was miss leading - appeared to be a direct replacement for 2 pin fluorescent lamp - but - would not work due to un matched ballast ( starter ) . Message sorted by Martin quickly and return/ refund offered & accepted. However - I would have expected the 'specialists' to offer a fitting to suit /or source ! This was not the case. Disappointed and waiting for refund - remember the cost of carriage comes off the refund.

    Good product but slow delivery. Well packed. The lamp is listed as 50 watt but it's actually 41 watt. Looking back at the listing the information is there but way down the page. The buyer opts for 50w but gets 41w. In reality, the lamp is bright enough for my purpose so it doesn't matter. I'd still recommend this lamp and seller.
