Packed in a box that was thoroughly sealed by tape with both bubble wrap and brown paper so that it didn't rattle around in transit and therefore no opportunity for damage. To crown it all the book was thoughtfully wrapped in paper with a ribbon tied in a bow with a Thank you sticker. The book was as described in their ad and I love the care and service given. Highly recommended, Great value.
