If can't deliver 2nd time, then parcel is taken to a collection office 1.65 miles from my house and a red card is posted thru door with collection office's details. Parcel held there for 7 days. I can collect parcel from there by presenting the red card and proof of ID. That is why I asked for Royal Mail - I simply wanted the added level of security provided.

They then returned to sender who also never received it as Yodel damaged it in transit and subsequently destroyed it! Had excellent communication with the seller throughout, who refunded me in full. I have purchased many things from this seller and never had any issues with any of them. This was clearly Yodel’s fault not his, hence positive feedback..
