Best cookbook that covers all basics and great recipes
This cookbook is wonderful for the beginner cooks, as well as the experienced. The recipes are great and the instructions are easy to understand and complete. I have used some of the basic recipes for decades, ie sweet roll dough. The banana bread is the best ever, I have made it for hundreds of people and most bakers throw away their recipes and make this one their own. This was the third BC Cookbook I've bought. Lightweight and easy to store in my cupboard
I love this cookbook. I had one so many years but it was in a ring binder and I lost some of the recipes. Love that this is smaller to keep in my cupboard. Exactly what I was looking for
I wanted this book because my parents have this copy and we made stuff out of it a lot, so it has a lot of sentimental value. When I've tried to buy it elsewhere, I've wound up with different versions of the book, like the 1980 version. This was the exact version I was looking for, it's in excellent condition for its age, and it was packaged well so transit didn't harm it any.
