- 5***2 (397)- Feedback left by buyer.Past monthVerified purchaseSadly item arrived badly damaged to the base. Seller had sent a returns label but not owning a printer I was unable to use this. I had already arranged collection by Royal Mail therefore too late to cancel this so had to pay return costs myself. Seller now states I was difficult to deal with which is quite untrue, quite the opposite. Not everyone owns a printer! I also stand by the fact there definitely was nowhere near enough packaging to base of lamp only a thin layer of bubble wrap.Reply from: pippa300- Feedback replied to by seller pippa300.- Feedback replied to by seller pippa300.This item unfortunately arrived damaged in the post despite the thorough packaging that was used, as I always do, ( see other feedback).I sent the buyer a prepaid returns label, which they were unable to use as owned no printer, I can’t be held accountable for this. The buyer was fully refunded. It is always disappointing for buyer and seller when something like this happens, however in 22 years of using eBay this is the first time something has been damaged in transit.
