Look at their reviews on eBay and online, it’s easy to see they are dedicated to their work. The ring was exactly as described, it was wrapped meticulously and was authenticated prior to arriving. Coin arrived in not one but 4 boxes, one inside another and another; all rediculously taped. Almost took power tools to actually get to the coin. Not only is the excessive wrapping annoying but really really unnecessary. I have bought far more expensive items with far less overkill on the packing.
