That's important because he/they failed to disclose that I car I bidded and won was a registered Category S insurance write off, due to previous structural damage. The advert only mention what was effectively cosmetic, DIY repairable damage but this wasn't the case. It is an offence (illegal) for a Motor Trader not to disclose to you that a vehicle has been written off, and a Categorised car has far less value.
