      Spending over £200 on a model I did expect better packaging than a box that is no bigger than the AutoArt packaging, luckily Royal Mail are generally careful. Otherwise I am very pleased, price I paid was on par with importing via eBay so happy to support a UK seller. Model was factory sealed as described.

      This is a little disappointing, I have had custom made boxes created specifically to fit AUTOart models, hence the exact fit! These are double walled as per ebay, and Royal Mail shipping guidelines, and have clearly done their job. I've never had report of damage due to the boxes.

      Excellent seller. Estimated delivery was 27th - 28th December but listing said that if item was paid for as soon as auction finished, it would be received on 24th December. I paid immediately upon auction end (late on 22nd December) and sure enough it was dispatched on the 23rd and delivered on the 24th. Item was exactly as described and well packaged. Very happy
