      Glad you enjoy your ornament. Please understand that in order to be the best price for my customers and ship , shipping costs are extremely expensive and lighter weight objects are used . At times I under charge and I incur the charges and dont pass along the increase. Please note I have not experienced breakage or defects due to cost cutting measures

      Ornament arrived today and thankfully had no damage. The box was another story...badly flattened during its journey through USPS system. Ornament protected by the tissue paper wrapped around it. Would suggest ornaments not be shipped in padded envelopes. But, I'm pleased that the ornament itself wasn't damaged.
