      The item arrived in good time however I cannot attest to its authenticity as it was a liquid that had been decanted into a blank generic container. As such I can’t use it as I don’t know if my scalp/skin would be sensitive to any of the components it contains as they are not listed anywhere

      Never trust this buyer: 1) before buying didn't ask any questions regards item which she buying, but quick to complaint. 2)offered return the item for refund of course didn't accept, even though she got second sample FOR FREE. 3)one picture very clear stating that GENERIC tube will be the item which you will get, also it is not original redken sample(even though I don't think that brand doing samples) it will be decanted, but is she bother to ask OF COURSE NO. U deserve to be blocked
