    Better TV experience

    The reason I gave it a 5 ๐ŸŒŸ because it easy to setup and plus it's brand new and that's what I needed. My old remote control was old and you had to push hard on the buttons. My old remote control numbers are faded but not this one. It came with batteries just like the listing ๐Ÿ˜. Thank you for looking out for your customer.

    Another AT&T Miss

    This is basically a copy of the RC71, except that they have added the AT&T logo and made it out of a lower grade plastic. Fit and finish isn't very good and the battery doors don't stay closed very well. It also feels of lower quality in your hand due to the fit and finish and the feel and sound of the buttons when you press them. But what do you expect from a company that could care less about its customer experience and is run by a CEO who runs the company based off of a shread sheet without regard for its customers.

    Lightweight with great features.

    The controls came quickly, thank God, b/c my old one had stopped working. Watching tv is no fun without a control. The controls were packed well, and were complete with batteries. Easy to program. Glad I got them

    I was skeptical I admit. I grew up knowing when something seems to be too good to be true thatโ€™s that. But I went ahead and bought this anyway. It is a DIRECTV remote exactly like the one I am replacing. Works great easy to program. I should have bought two in case one of my others goes kaput.
