I ordered 3 13 amp plugs. They arrived flat packed, ie the pins and amps were packaged separately. I contacted the seller who replied that the advert stated 'small purchases are dismantled'. This paragraph was placed right at the bottom of the blurb about the technical details. This detail should be by the top of the advert, not at the bottom. On returning I will not receive a refund of my postage. A similar complainant's return was lost in the post!!!
