Reasonable clarity in good light, blurry in dull light, good field of vision but doesn't see very far. Good enough for child/occasional bin user. Not a patch on my Opticron which cost £300+ many years ago but these were £20. OK form for leaving at windows I regularly watch out of & I am familiar with the birds (I always forget to take my better bins with me when I move rooms). Good choice for starter bins.
