I was pleasantly surprised when the press arrived earlier than expected. Unfortunately on opening the press it was not the one that I ordered however this was sorted very quickly and the right one was then sent out and still arrived before I expected the first one. The customer service was excellent and they answered questions I had quickly. The actual heat press pressure seems a little uneven but this may because it is a clam press. Overall I am happy with my purchase for the price I paid.

Never any problems with these mugs...
I've had numerous boxes of these (also available in boxes of 72) from Signzworld and there's not a single thing to fault them on. While there are cheaper options out there (especially through Ebay) they tend to be false economy. When I've tried cheaper ones before I've experienced all sorts of issues: imperfections in the mugs, imperfections in the coatings, and not dishwasher proof... No such problems here - the quality of the mugs is excellent, and the coating is always reliable and consistent. Sublimation results are bright, vivid and crisp, and my test mugs have survived many a trip through the microwave and dishwasher. Rotten Mugs
Wish I hadnt left good feed back (left as arrived on time and at first glance seemed ok). When I went to use them i noticed they was a lot of loos dirt in the mugs, a lot of the rims have a brown crusty coating, lots of pits and bumps, the sublimation coating has also not been applied very well and is patchy and speckled in places. Meaning the sublimation print would come out patchy as well. Vert disappointed.Wish I hadnt left good feed back (left as arrived on time and at first glance seemed ok). 5x of the 36x mugs had very poor surface finish, with dirt, and raised areas where debris was trapped between the mug and the final coat. NOT HAPPY. will be returning to previous supplier.
