    Great idea, but can require some patience to get cat used to it

    Our cat was initially scared of this cat flap as it is rather noisy, he also struggled with the idea of going through it head first (he used to open his old cat flap with his paw! ) he has now mastered it though, and apart from it jamming a couple of times, it's been great.

    Good quality, good value, but not rainproof

    Good quality, good value, but not rainproof. Easier installation than regular manual cat flaps, but the design means the door is on the inside, not the outside, so unfortunately the weather and rain can come in easier. I still recommend this though as it does it's job well.

    If your cats arent thick like mine this would be perfect for you. (my cats think its some kind of door knocker) it works exactly as stated the metal tear drops for the collar work perfectly, its very easy to install, and keeps unwanted cats out 👍

    magnetic latch rules ok!

    We have had "visitors" coming in our normal catflap, eating our cats' food and occasionally weeing to "mark" the place as theirs! Got fed up with that, and chose this gadget - super fast delivery within 24 hours - chose same shape as existing "normal" catflap, so installation was about 60 seconds! next job was to attach magnet to collar - great fun - they know something is going on, and first catch them, remove collar, attach magnet, and then the tough bit getting the collars back on! Dempsey (British short hair (black tip) is a big boy but not too bright.... he used to push the catflap open with his paws.... had to learn to use his head to get the magnet near the latch mechanism .... managed after a couple of minutes. Della (DSH moggy) also managed after prolonged suspicious sniffing at ...

    Well worth it

    This was purchased for an elderly neighbour who was finding it hard to get up and down to let her cat in. The fitting of the cat flap was easy and straightforward. It seems pretty sturdy as well. The cat after initially not wanting to use it is now using it regularly.
