Box arrived damaged, part sticking out. Poor packing, but luckily no damage. Worked after installing. Listing claimed would ship from Pacoima, CA, but shipped from Houston, TX. Meaning 5 days instead of 3-4 via USPS. Seller’s reply was to pay for upgraded shipping, but did not answer my question why shipping from wrong state. Had to wait until Saturday to get and install. Great price, fast turnaround out door, works fine, but kinda feel a little misled and lucky not to have more serious issues.

Im leaving neutral until this gets resolved. I emailed the seller to let him know and sent pics of how ut was when I got it. Just waiting on a response. I never got a switch and keys just the busted bag and packing slip inside is all I got
