Positive : Looks good when finally put together.
Friendly staff on phone with good communication.
Negative : Packaged poorly on a pallet with just tape and shrink wrap which caused damage to one of the pieces (I put it at the back so can’t be seen but if it was packed in cardboard it would of prevented this ).
Instructions quite poor and very faded.

All the materials was smooth clean, and easy for me to paint as I desired.
