This was a gift for my 10 year old son, who wants to be a professional photographer but still needs to practice taking good photos and deciding what to include in the frame. The first thing I noticed was that the camera doesn’t have a viewfinder so you are forced to view the picture you want to take on the screen, this uses a lot of battery and as the camera takes AA batteries they run out really quickly anyway. The picture quality is not great, but it is fine for what my son wanted, probably as good as most cameras in this price range. Also there is only really the 'auto' option for taking photos, so I can't use the camera to teach my son how to take better photos using the manual settings, that will need to be done on another camera. The size and weight of the camera are perfect for him and he was really impressed with the shape, as it looks more like a professional camera than the others in this price range which are mostly thin and rectangle. Overall he is happy with itRead full review
