They should have been packed in a stronger exterior box to prevent the boxes from being crushed on all 4 corners and on the top which is exactly what Fed X did to them. The filters themselves appear not to be damaged however.

My order sat at the distribution center 30 miles from my home from Friday morning until delivery on Monday.
