Not very cheap and cheerful
This is a very old molding. Lots of flash on the parts and some of them are warped. The also seem to have a really thick sticky lubricant in some areas which will need a good clean before any assembly or painting can be attempted. Overall the detail is quite good but the decal have yellowed a little.

Flashing, flashing and more flashing, old airfix tooling judging by the moulded name on the name plate.
The moulded name plates state Harrow, so I assume this is the old airfix tooling. The detail is reasonable for tooling of this age, I found the parts fit well, there is however a lot of flashing, seam marks and pin marks which require considerable work to get a good looking model. Currently at the painting stage, added some additional detail to the cab interior as this is lacking some what. So far very pleased with outcome. Remember building this kit back in the good old days of airfix, although my current effort is a big improvement after returning to the hobby since retiring.The moulded name plates state Harrow, so I assume this is the old airfix tooling.
