      Exactly as promised

      owned one of these before, used for troubleshooting many items on autos as well as brake bleeding. Hard to find a better tool for fluid replacement in a brake system than this for the price. comprehensive instructions make it easy to use if you've never done this before, the savings from ONE use will more than pay for the cost of purchase, and the tool will last many years.

      Doesn't work.

      This product was pulling mostly air through the clear lines, making it seem like the brake system had tons of air in it. It got to the point where I was only pulling air, and no brake fluid. I knew the system couldn't have that much air in it, so I had my son help me do the old fashioned way, with him in the driver seat, pressing the brake pedal. The old method worked great, and my brakes were bled perfectly. Also, the fittings and tubing kept coming apart. Brake fluid was constantly being sprayed all over. I feel like I wasted $50.

      Used for bleeding brakes. I saved about $80 as a DIY project.

      I had never used this tool before but I worked for 9 years in a car repair environment doing basic tasks like TBA, etc. This tool was used on a 1987 Ford F-150 with disc brakes on the front drum brakes on the rear for a complete brake system flush. --- In theory, it's all good but when used as a brake bleeding, tool I found it difficult to NOT get bubbles in the hose from the front bleeder fittings. For the rear brakes though, it was easier because the fittings were slightly larger and it went well. My tip for you would be to use the pressure release lever on the tool itself instead of pulling the hose off the fitting under pressure. Also, you won't be able to use a wrench/socket to tighten/loosen the fitting with the bleeder hose on it but you can finger tighten the fitting enough to ...

      Great product!!

      Works well but the hose is way to long and if the unit takes in brake fluid via the pump you'll need to take pump body apart which is very easy! And wipe out any of the fluid the unit took in vacuum body. If not it makes the pump stick and will not preform well. All in all solid unit works great.

      Didn't work for me.

      I bought this to bleed the brake system. It didn't produce enough vacuum to do the job. Unfortunately, I waited too long to use it, so I couldn't return it.
