When I messaged the seller it was all an issue with the listing, which then changed after the sale, I was offered a full refund then received a partial refund at first. It was a really long way around until I received a refund for an item that wasn't as advertised that I cannot use as there is no instructions or link to or case. Seller wasn't honest, didn't have anything to help buyers except bad excuses and lies.

It's been 7 days with no response, so the product (super taster kit) is fine. However, I paid extra to have the upgraded storage kit and instructions sent with it, which I did not receive. If the seller were to respond and send the missing items, this would be a positive review.

The package was double boxed, and although the outer box was in pristine condition and marked as being fragile, there was minor damage to the inner box that did penetrate the cardboard. Fortunately, the glass items themselves were completely undamaged. Recommend inspecting any fragile items with the postal carrier present in the case that documentation is required. Otherwise, an excellent transaction!

Cant wait to put these to use. Also included a reciept, and if your planning on or are running a buisness always helps to get that reciept, may seem like small thing but it can be a hassle to have to get the reciept and print it. Times money really. Definatly recomend seller.
