The item packaging was different to the image on the eBay listing and contained 500 tablets instead of 1000 tablets although it was the same product. I contacted the seller and was told the tablet amount difference was an error. I asked the seller for a partial refund to reflect the fact that I had received half the tablets ordered and was refunded half of the total amount for the item. Good communication, polite and understanding. Will purchase again. Thank you.
