    Perfect weather-proof termination/access point!

    I was a better deal to buy these 5+ S&H from this supplier in the UK than to buy 1 in Canada (now I have spares for future projects). I have a new low pressure transmitter that I'll be using as a submersible level transmitter in my rain water collection tank outside that I use for my gardens & greenhouse. The transmitter's wired end is 1/2" MNPT which is joined with a 1/2" 316SS coupling to a Swagelok 1/2"x 1/2" male connector. Then a 42" piece of 1/2" 316SS tubing goes up through the tank to another 1/2" x 1/2" male connector. As these heads were made for service in the UK, I used a 1/2" FNPT to 1/2" MBSF adapter to connect to the process end of the head. As for the field wiring end, I did not want the M20x1.5 components so I removed them & I was successfully re-tapped that hole to 1/2" ...
