Tracking number is 0500BF7E990 trackable at RoyalMail. Item delivered on 5th October, GPS of postman was at buyer's door at the time of delivery. Parcels are insured but it was a confirmed delivery. Buyer had made several excuses, first she said she hasn't received, when we sent delivery screenshots she said she received empty envelope, we requested photos of RoyalMail bag that they enclose damaged packing/open items in. She didn't reply and left negative. Bless you!

Buyer opened incorrect return with false claim and extremely rude comments, we accepted it, provided him label and refunded him even though he returned item after 4 weeks and closing of his returns claim. Why would anybody buy repeatedly if he's not happy with items and service??? May waheguru bless him!
