We will not be held liable or responsible for any failure to perform, or delay in performance of, any of our obligations that are caused by events outside our reasonable control (Force Majeure Event).
A Force Majeure Event includes any act, event, non-happening, omission or accident beyond our reasonable control and includes in particular (without limitation) the following:
Strikes, lock-outs or other industrial action.
Civil commotion, riot, invasion, threat of terrorist attack or terrorist attack, war (whether declared or not) or threat or preparation for war.
Fire, explosion, storm, flood, earthquake, subsidence, epidemic, pandemic or other natural disasters.
Impossibility of the use of railways, shipping, aircraft, motor transport or other means of public or private transport.
Impossibility of the use of public or private telecommunications networks.
The acts, decrees, legislation, regulations or restrictions of any government.
Our performance under any contract is deemed to be suspended for the period that the Force Majeure Event continues, and we will have an extension of time for performance for the duration of that period. We will use our reasonable endeavours to bring the Force Majeure Event to a close or to find a solution by which our obligations under the contract may be performed despite the Force Majeure Event.
 
If an order arrives damaged or faulty we will require clear photographic evidence before issuing a partial refund / refund / replacement and reserve the right to refuse a partial refund / refund / replacement if photographic evidence cannot be provided. Any contact regarding faulty products needs to be made within 24 hours from receipt of item.
We pride ourselves on our great customer service and will always endeavour to solve any issues that may arise.
 
If you have received an incorrect item or have received an item or order in error, we must be made aware of this within 48 hours. A clear photograph of the product or order that has been received in error must be provided, In which cases either a refund for the initial purchase will be processed or the original order will be resent to the customer.
 
We will not be held liable or accountable for any losses or damages that may arise due to the use of incorrectly fulfilled orders or orders that have been sent in error. It is the sole responsibility of the customer/recipient of the order to ensure they have received the correct product prior to its use.
 
Items need to be returned in a new & unused condition within 30 days of receipt.
 
If a return is requested due to a fault or an issue with the item, a clear photograph is required before the return can be approved.
 
If the buyer has made a mistake or changed their mind it is the buyers responsibility to pay return postage charges.
 
If an order requires cancelling it needs to be done so before 10am on the day of dispatch. Once an order has been dispatched from the premises it cannot be cancelled. To obtain a refund the buyer must follow the usual returns process and return the order to us at their own expense. Refunds are processed once the order is back in our possession.
 
If an item is returned to us via the courier due to a refusal of the parcel or the buyer not making contact with the courier to arrange a redelivery we reserve the right to deduct a return courier fee of £7 from the refund. In these instances a refund will be provided once the the item is received back into our possession and if the buyer still requires the item they will have to reorder through the usual process.
 
ALL of our items are FULLY tracked. If an item is not received we require contact within 30 days of the item being dispatched. After 30 days it is the buyers responsibility to make contact with the courier themselves to query any issues.
 
Please note - we will NOT ask the courier to leave your parcel unattended anywhere on your property - any requests left on orders will not be actioned. Any requests our courier receives directly from the buyer to leave the parcel in a safe place are recorded by the courier. If the parcel is left at the buyers request to the courier then it is at the buyers OWN RISK and waives ours and the couriers liability for the parcel. We will NOT refund or replace any damaged or stolen items that have been left unattended at the buyers request.
 
Standard delivery orders received before 8am are usually shipped the same working day, any orders received after 8am are usually dispatched the following working day. Orders placed after 8am on a Friday will usually be dispatched on the following Monday (in cases where the Monday is a bank holiday - the order will be dispatched on the Tuesday). The standard delivery option only includes working days and so delivery will not be made on weekends or bank holidays. Standard delivery usually takes on average 2-5 working days to arrive by courier.
In times of high demand our dispatch timescales are subject to change and will be amended on the listings to reflect this.
 
Our express delivery service is required to be ordered before 8am to be dispatched same day, otherwise it will be dispatched the following working day.     Spike rocks!

    The food is great because it can be given also to small hedgehogs who have no proper teeth if softened in warm liquid and mixed with some baby fruit or vegetable puree. It can be given with syringe that way if they are sick and have no apetite. On the other hand, for big ones it makes an excellent winter food because it hardly freezes. The only problem is they love it so much so you have to buy more and more...

    Hedgehogs Love It !

    Comes in an easy to use & resealable bag to keep it nice & fresh. You can tell by the smell of this food that it is a really good quality food & the hedgehogs love it. I now have 4 coming to my garden for this food, it was originally only 3. If you put this food in a shallow dish ( plant pot saucers are good ) it makes it easier for them to eat, which means less/no waste .With this food you do have to make sure that the hedgehogs have access to plenty of fresh clean water, again which is best put in a shallow dish for them.

    I've got numerous 'hogs that live in/visit my garden and they all devour kitten biscuits every night but I have one who is low on teeth! I saw her struggling to crunch the biscuits on the camera I've got set-up in the shed so thought I'd buy her some of these. Well, she, as the title of this review states, seemingly very much appreciates them as she finishes the bowl every night. None of the others touch it, they sniff it but leave it alone entirely so she has the bowl to her very self! Watching her chew them is very endearing and I feel very satisfied knowing all my spiky friends are fed well. Granted, these are more expensive gram for gram than the crunchy kitten biscuits I buy (probably than most kitten/cat biscuits on the market) but if it means she fills her tummy every night then I'm ...

    The Best

    I have an African Pygmy hedgehog and this is by far his favorite food. I know that this particular hedgehog food is for wild hedgehogs and is not marketed for pet hedgehogs but the little guy doesn't care. He loves it. However, I will switch to a different food for him because at times the postal system has refused to deliver this product to the U.S., which is not the fault of the seller. The UK is the only place I can purchase this food so I've decided to go with a quality cat food that I can purchase in the U.S.

    Hedgehogs love it!

    My hedgehogs eat this all up every night. The dish is always empty and sometimes carried off halfway across the garden! They haven't always eaten all of the other hedgehog foods that I have put out for them. It seems to suit them well as I have found other food sometimes upsets their tummies where as this one doesn't. I soak it in hot water and let it cool before putting out for them and they seem to love it even more. I think it creates a smell that they detect and come out to find it. It is quite expensive but for me it is worth it to have wild hedgehogs in the garden. I think each bag will last a long time.
