    The best cramp remedy I’ve used !

    I have suffered from leg cramps for years & these were recommended to me by a relative. I usually only take them when I’m going through a ‘cramp phase’ & they work very quickly. They were difficult to find for a while but I now buy mine from eBay.

    Miracle little helper

    I suffer from leg cramps that wake me in the night so I take 5 of these before bed and it keeps the attacks at bay. But, should one occur, pop some in my tongue for quick relief.
