Urban Decay wins again!
Over the years I have tried this eyeliner pencil and that and always seem to come back to Urban decay. I have medium red/copper hair, light skin, dark eyes and am too old to be using black - but definitely like a pencil that can offer definition to my eyes. The brown/taupe palette has several shades I have loved and worn. The pencil smudges when you smudge it, and doesn't smudge otherwise. It lasts all day. Over the years I have tried this eyeliner pencil and that and always seem to come back to Urban decay. I don't usually give a product a low rating thought being oh well, it's just me. However, this does not go on smoothly. It skipped and caked...had to go over numerous times to make it look half way right. The blue color is beautiful though.
