This is the second time I have bought this product and that speaks for itself. Unlike fibreglass there is no unpleasant reaction with skin or breathing in. One point to note it is hard to cut and a pair of scissors is almost useless. I would recommend a breadknife

    Who needs rock wool ?!

    This stuff is brilliant ! No itching , easy to use , easy to cut to size . We’d put it in overhead between joists , and it stayed where it was without any support , which allowed easy installation of the boards covering it , didn’t have to worry about it dropping out . Great value for money , would heartily recommend

    It's ok

    Product is recycled plastic. It can be torn to length better than cutting as can be quite difficult. sound insulation is poor and thermal insulation is average. Has better use as a filter behind a retaining wall. If used as insulation it requires wire under to be fire compliant (preventing it from falling if soffit collapses)... I was lazy and wanted something to pull between flooring boards. Regret paying 30% more for the correct product!

    Lovely stuff

    I Finished a loft with this yesterday, I love the way it flexes and stretches into position. It Can be tricky to cut as it requires many passes with a bread knife but will tear in line after scoring and its tough going with regular kitchen. scissors I wish I’d have had some upholstery scissors, would have been a breeze but I can live with downsides as the upsides totally out way them. I placed crawling boards on some and the insulation bounced totally back a major advantage over rock wool which would crush and crumble! I will be buying more as I’ve got another loft to upgrade!

    Little fluffy clouds

    Fairly easy to work with. A bit tricky to cut with a knife, but no problem with a large pair of sharp scissors. Can also be divided by thickness into thinner 'leaves' fairly easily, for a van roof for example (cant just pull it straight apart though). Insulates well. No irritation.

    Top quality, does everything right.

    I'm sick of crawling about in loft spaces full of dangerous insulation glass fibre roll. This product is such a pleasure to use. No itch! Easy to lay and excellent insulation quality (just lie on it and you will feel it for yourself). I could stand on it, walk on it while working and it quickly bounced back. It cuts/tears under pressure to allow you fit it round roof supports etc. Delivered quickly and packed tight to allow you to get it into the loft before unwrapping. Good price if buying in quantity. One phone call query to the suppliers was answered pleasantly and helpfully.
