DIRITTO DI RECESSO

Se effettui i tuoi acquisti in qualità di Consumatore (persona fisica che acquista la merce per scopi non riferibili alla propria attività professionale) ai sensi degli artt. 64 e ss. del D.Lgs 206 del 2005 hai diritto a recedere dal contratto di acquisto per qualsiasi motivo, senza necessità di fornire spiegazioni e senza alcuna penalità, entro il termine di quattordici (14) giorni lavorativi, decorrenti dalla consegna dei prodotti acquistati.

Come esercitarlo

Per recedere dall'acquisto è necessario effettuare una comunicazione nel termine predetto a: Corrente Barbara, Corso Vittorio Emanuele II 418, 65122 Pescara (PE) - 085/27451

Nella comunicazione è necessario indicare il n. d'ordine associato all'acquisto, in caso di acquisto di più prodotti col medesimo ordine quale prodotto specifico intendi restituire e le coordinate bancarie ove effettuare il rimborso.

Entro il medesimo termine di quattordici 14 giorni lavorativi dalla consegna è necessario spedire (spese di spedizione a carico dell'acquirente) i prodotti che intendi restituire.

Condizioni di validità del recesso

Oltre al rispetto dei termini e delle condizioni di forma anzidette, per il valido esercizio del diritto di recesso ricorda che:

• la merce va restituita integra, non usata oltre i limiti di quanto necessario a stabilirne la natura, le caratteristiche ed il funzionamento, completa di tutte le sue parti e negli imballi originali (buste e confezioni)

• il diritto si applica al prodotto acquistato nella sua interezza; pertanto non è possibile esercitare recesso solamente su parte del prodotto acquistato

• il bene acquistato dovrà essere integro e restituito nella confezione originale, completa in tutte le sue parti (compresi imballo ed eventuale documentazione e dotazione accessoria: manuali, cavi, ecc...)

• va evitata in tutti i casi l'apposizione di etichette o nastri adesivi direttamente sulla confezione originale del prodotto

Al suo arrivo il prodotto sarà esaminato per valutare eventuali danni o manomissioni non derivanti dal trasporto. Qualora, all'esito della disamina del prodotto, risulti necessario si provvederà a trattenere dal rimborso dovuto una percentuale, comunque non superiore al 10% dello stesso, quale contributo alle spese di ripristino.

Fatte salve eventuali spese di ripristino per danni accertati all'imballo originale, il rimborso dell'importo già pagato per l'acquisto della merce inclusivo delle spese di spedizione di andata), entro 14 giorni dal rientro del bene, tramite procedura di ristoro dell'importo addebitatoti, secondo lo stesso mezzo di pagamento scelto per l'acquisto ovvero, ove non sia possibile risalirvi, alle coordinate bancarie indicate al momento del reso. Nel caso di decadenza/invalidità dell'esercizio del diritto di recesso, la merce rimarrà a disposizione per il ritiro presso la nostra sede.
