Sent the wrong colour. Said I didn’t write I wanted black when I did. Argued about a refund/sending correct colour. Said ok they’ve sent out a black one, waited over a month, nothing! Then when I tried to buy again, closed the listing and refunded me for the 2nd purchase and I’m stuck with a red one I don’t want/need. Had to buy from another seller, that’s likely the same seller as they both came from China, taking 2 weeks and have the exact same pictures but had to pay £2+ more.
