I received a dried out lipstick with a broken applicator tip. It’s basically trash as I cannot wear it.

The client claims the product is broken and we issued a full refund as soon as we received their message. We can't check products for defects before shipping because that would break the seal. The lipstick is not old, the formula is extremely dry. Buyers who are familiar with this product know what they are getting and unfortunately this buyer is not familiar with this product.

I had received a sample from Ipsy and then when I tried to order it from the company it was sold out so I'm not sure if the product I bought was used or if it was old but it's very thick. I'll need to buy a brand new one from the company direct and then I'll be able to actually say whether I feel like it was mostly empty when I got it. So I don't want to give a bad review until I get a new one but they're sold out so I'll I don't know I don't know how to do that until I get the new one

This feedback is completely unfair. It obviously comes from a customer who is not familiar with this product. This mascara is famous because the formula is very thick. We don't sell old products. Every product we sell is directly from the company and we sell our stocks very quickly. So products are never old. The customer never contacted us before leaving feedback.
