Delivered on time, very well packed on a wooden pallet as it is heavy. Seat is purely functional and so is the flush/fill so its worth upgrading those for a longer life if you wish (plastic input on fill). Price was good for a comfort height toilet. Needs four mounting screws for the pan, and two for the cistern, these are not in the kit which is normal. Another happy customer.

Item remains in packaging however appears as described. Slight problems with late notification of original delivery, which was missed. The company choose to then send out a brand new item rather than redeliver the original item, which was slightly delayed due to being out of stock. Not advised until calling the company on the day the first redelivery was expected. Notified on the evening prior to the day of 2nd redelivery and received. Company responded quickly to messages and part reimbursed.
