I was pleasantly surprised when the press arrived earlier than expected. Unfortunately on opening the press it was not the one that I ordered however this was sorted very quickly and the right one was then sent out and still arrived before I expected the first one. The customer service was excellent and they answered questions I had quickly. The actual heat press pressure seems a little uneven but this may because it is a clam press. Overall I am happy with my purchase for the price I paid.

    Outstanding Product & Supplier

    I have bought 1000's of these mugs off this supplier and will without a shadow of a doubt continue to do so. Not so much a single breakage in transit ever and perfect quality prints each and every time. I have been in this game a long time and I can honestly say that Signzworld are the most reliable supplier I have ever had.

    Poor Quality - Very Soft Coating - Definately NOT Double ORCA coating.

    I have bought mugs from Signzworld before and they were of acceptable quality. This batch however are possibly the worst quality mugs I have experienced in over 30 years of dye-sub printing. The coating, which is certainly NOT "Double ORCA" is very soft and both the transfer paper and heat tape show indentation marks after printing and all areas where the paper has been in contact with the mugs shows the actual fibre pattern of the paper (which sticks to the mugs after printing and only a soaking in water will get it off). All areas that have been in contact with the paper also become a rough matt surface after printing. ORCA coatings are very hard and do not indent. This problem is caused by a low quality coating that melts too easily. Even reducing pressure, time and temperature does not ...

    Great product

    These are great mugs, have no problems sublimating them, minor issue the base could do with a sublimation finish so that you could put a base stamp on, but colours come out fab!
