Too much plastic bubble wrap in packaging. Not eco-friendly!
Two things I am unhappy with: 1) There is not enough gel in the eyemask. 2) There was WAY too much plastic bubble wrap packaging for such a light weight, unbreakable product. It's not eco friendly in the slightest :( I would not recommend.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Waste of money
The mask is too small and too tight, the sharp edges cut into the face, there is too much pressure on the eyes, it's uncomfortable and the cooling-warming effect lasts less than one minute.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New
