Needs slight attention on receipt to make the lifting tines more aggressive and tighten the tine pivot. Once this is done stirs both dry and wet compost in a composting bin pretty well. Haven't had chance to use it yet, and feel it might be a bit tough to lift it once pushed down into the compost, but I guess it's probably a matter of technique - perhaps don't push it too deep at first to aerate the upper levels, then start going deeper.
