After 10 days I received a message from seller apologising and saying he had forgotten I had purchased this and that he had now booked collection for next day on a 48hr delivery. He should have apologised and said he HAD taken it to the post office and would send it on a 24hr delivery. Seriously bad customer service. Since this feedback he has sent a stream of insulting messages all logged and documented by ebay. I have made a complaint to eBay and will be contacting the police to discuss.

Paid 10 Feb (Sat). Payment rec'd 12 Feb. Dispatch stated on listing USUALLY within 3 WD of cleared payment i.e, 15 or 16 Feb (Friday) by other courier 3 - 5 WD. So normal delivery expected 20 - 22nd Feb. Actual dispatch by 48hr service 20 Feb, delivered 22nd so actually within time. Insulting response received to a genuine apology and reasonable attempt to rectify the situation yet continues to behave like a spoiled child and expects to waste police time. The facts speak for themselves
