7. Retail return and exchange, refund policy

Das Seniorenmobil würde am 24.4.2021 angeliefert , die Leute waren freundlich und haben das Bild abgeladen und auf Vollständigkeit überprüft. Eine Einweisung in groben Zügen fand statt aber der Monteur könnte nur Spanisch reeden. Ein paar Schalter und die Alarmanlage konnte ich mir selbst erklären , denn im Benutzerhandbuch fehlen diese Bauteile vollständig.Alles hat gut geklappt und ich bin zufrieden und das Bike fährt sich gut .
