I have started on the job of putting my secondary glazing in and have discovered there is no magnetic strip, just two metal strips. I can’t put them in now. Could you please provide me with the magnetic strip.

Not sure what the buyer has done, if you check the second photo you can clearly see the 2 tapes are fastened together. We asked the buyer for clarification but the buyer did not respond. Feedback is not the correct way of asking a question just message us if you have a problem and we will do our best to help you.

Product arrived late, so I had to purchase locally. And when the product came, it was damaged the seller tried to tell me the damage was fine. I didn’t even apologise for the late post. It wasn’t shipped on time. A simple apology would’ve been nice

The tape was posted within 24 hours of ordering, It should have arrived Saturday but arrived Monday Royal Mail. The buyer sent an aggressive email on the Saturday claiming we had not posted the order and demanded his money back, when the tape arrived on Monday the buyer claimed the item was damaged and unless we give a partial; refund he would leave negative feedback. When approached in this manner we do not engage but simply offer a replacenent or refund on return, the buyer declined this offer
