Seller advertised to fit my vehicle 116i e87.. but this is not the case. Blanked me when asked to pay for return.

The customer was unaware the 116i models have different engines over the production years. They have an N45 engine and they bought an ignition coil for a N43. They didn't message before purchasing to check compatibility. When they contacted with their registration number we checked it on the BMW systems and advised the correct part and offered a refund for the incorrect part if they send it back. Our parts come with a 30 day returns period and a 3 month warranty. Thanks
