OK for the money, but don't expect more than you are paying for.
For the money its OK, but use glue when you assemble it because the wood quality it very poor. It has very little paint on it when it comes, may be one coat, so we painted ours before assembly. Very easy to make/assemble and look good now its painted.

Measurements are a little smaller than advertised and second tier flooring has a crack in it, managed to over come these aspects. Overall quite a good hutch and my rabbit seems to like it.
