No missing or damaged pages, no creases or tears, no underlining or highlighting of text, and no writing in the margins. Some identifying marks on the inside cover, but this is minimal. The price was great and I tested the DVD to be perfectly playable on both sides of the 2 sided disc. My advice to Buyers: Don't order Disc Only listings if Time sensitive because the delivery is not guaranteed to a date with First Class USPS Mail.
