    I would recommend this product especially if you are considering have a toe nail removed - don't.

    After having a toe nail removed my skin wasn't healing well. Since taking Lindens Silica capsules my toe is healing much,much better. My nails overall look stronger and healthier and my 'hair' is like silk. I would recommend this product, especially if you are considering have a toe nail removed - don't. Taking silica might just stop you having to go through a painful and messy experience. Good value and quick delivery.

    Love, love all other Lindens products but not this one😞

    Sadly although I am a fan of all other Lindens supplements, this gave me stomach cramps and dreadful wind!!! Not ideal! So swapped back to my other brand that doesn’t give these unwanted side effects and they genuinely have helped my hair loss. Sorry Lindens.

    Hair that never grew past a certain length

    Been taking these supplements for the past year and my hair has grown the longest it has ever been. My hair never seemed to grow past my shoulders before, so 100% recommend this product for those with the same problem. My nails are also now much longer and healthier.

    It seems to work

    It has made a big difference to my nails which are much stronger ( they used to be weak, thin and flaky), also my hair seems to be getting a bit thicker. I have re-ordered this product many times over the last few years and highly recommend it.
