So I ordered this item and never received it. I have proof it wasn’t delivered (ring doorbell video) and have gone through Royal Mail. However this seller needs to submit a claim. Despite me sending the reference number and details of how to do it, he’s not responding to me! DO NOT ORDER FROM HIM. I am going through eBay to try and get my money back. This item was a Christmas present for my son. He will now have nothing to open Christmas Day as I don’t have the money to purchase something else.

Tracking shows delivered by Royal Mail. We responded very quickly and gave the tracking. You then followed up by sending 32 messages. Over Xmas, we're crazy busy - reading 32 messages takes a huge amount of time. How can we submit a claim to Royal Mail? They will reject because tracking shows delivered. We gave guidance and told you ebay will protect 100%. You say you have complained to ebay, but have yet to open ANY case for not receiving the order! Makes no sense,
