    Dual gate Mosfets are getting rare these days, at least the ones with proper leads are and so, it was with pleasure when I noticed these on sale from Spectrum Communications, a name which will be familiar to almost every Amateur Radio enthusiast. The transistors arrived in good time and were well packed, for safety , wrapped in aluminium foil. Best of all, the price was very reasonable.

    40673 MOSFETS

    These 40673 Mosfets are not so easy to find nowadays and so I was pleased to find these in new unused condition and now my 145 Mhz amp works fine now thanks.
