Verbesserungspotenziale: 1. Umständlicher Kaufablauf; 2. Von der Bestellung bis zum Versand vergehen 10 Tage; 3. Die Marke wird im Vgl. zum Michel Wert teuer angeboten. Zu einem Preisvorschlag wird aufgefordert, dieser wird aber nicht beantwortet, also nicht akzeptiert (Vorschlag: 5% Preisnachlass nicht akzeptiert). 4. Für einen sicheren Versand wird eine zusätzliche Nachgebühr von 6,40 € eingefordert. Schließlich kommt die Marke verspätet in der angebotenen Qualität an. Nur für slow stamp fans!

Hello sorry I don't speak german. First I am professor at university: thus stamp is my hobby and I try to answer question and demand when i have time left (after my job and personal duty).
