This stuff, however, is extremely fine powder, easily makes a mess, and i lose more of it than i like. Unfortunately, it also has a very dominant, less-than-appealing flavor which requires very large amounts of whatever else i add into the drink in order to hide that taste. I'm talking either chocolate, or sweetner, or cinammon, for example. I still give 3*s because it is a solid source of protein and is easy to digest.
