What happens if I don't collect my item in time after delivery was attempted and it gets returned to the sender?
I will post your item out within 2 weeks using Royal Mail, you will be provided with a tracking code when it's been sent. Royal Mail will endeavour to deliver the item to you within 2-3 days. Items over the value of £14 will be posted as signed for, please ensure someone is at the address to sign for the parcel.
If you are out when delivery is attempted , they will take it to the local sorting office where you can collect or re-arrange delivery.
They only hold parcels for 2 weeks before returning to the sender.
If a personalised item gets returned, the buyer will be responsible for paying return P&P costs. No refund can be given for this reason on a personalised item. It can take Royal Mail upto 1 month to return parcels within UK.
 
Custom and personalized orders
Custom and personalised orders can not be returned for a refund or exchanged unless an error has been made or the item is faulty. Prior to embroidery a design will be sent for approval. Once the design has been approved by the customer any errors in the embroidery detail will not be a valid reason for a return. All items are photographed prior to dispatch.
 
Colour and size charts should be used as a guide only. Colours and sizes may vary slightly due to monitor differences.
