    Had it 24hrs made pasta sauce, pear butter & gooseberry jam. All shelf stable. Yay! What fantastic is how light it is an how little water needed (2.5ltrs). I’m using Weck jars so can fit 5 x 742 in at a time.

    Easy to assemble, lightweight but not designed for processing tomatoes.

    Works okay for pints of tomatoes but quarts need 45 minutes of processing time and this doesn't seem to work out in the steam canner. Some pints, also, have not sealed after 30 minutes of processing time. Water bath seems more dependable.
